Returns & Exchanges & Refund
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. The item must have been purchased directly through our website, not through a retailer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items on special promotions, items marked as “final sale,” subscription boxes, or similar items. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of lingerie if the packaging has been opened, except in cases of defects.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, you will need your order number and the postal code used at the time of purchase. Upon return approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please send the item back within 28 days of receiving the label.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Processing the return and issuing the refund may take 1 to 2 weeks. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Returning Defective Items
If you received a defective item, please contact our customer support to arrange a return or exchange.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
